Stelar Security Technology Law Research carries out legal research on data protection and privacy in the design and development of new ICT. In this project, STELAR will lead the work addressing legal, regulatory and ethical challenges arising from the new technology, in particular, concerning the sensitive patient-specific healthcare data.
